Conciliation Meeting with Regional Labour Commissioner (Central) on 16th May, 2014 at Delhi

Central Labor Commissioner issued Notice to the Department and AIGDSU. In this Meeting on behalf of the Department Director SR & legal Sri Arun Malik and ADG GDS Sri Surender Kumar and from Union side the General Secretary, AIGDSU Sri S.S. Mahadevaiah & Circle Secretary Odisha Com. Debasish Dey attended the meeting. 

Department stated to the CLC that inclusion of GDS on 7^th CPC for wage structure and  service conditions in the purview of Terms of reference in 7^th CPC. The Department of Post concurrence that file now cleared from the DOPT and submitted to the Finance Ministry and this demand is moving positively ahead. The union requested to take all possible positive decision at the earliest.

Based on our agreement an Mutual understanding the strike was called off on those days.

Now after the formation of new set of Ministers at the Centre we shall also pursue for positive settlement to include us in 7^th CPC.

APPEAL TO THE GDS!

Anti GDS forces/unions are misleading you.  BEWARE OF SUCH DISRUPTIVE ELEMENTS!

When there is a COURT CASE, we cannot Agitate over the issue.  So is
the case in respect of NFPE CASE IN HIGH COURT OF DELHI.

THE MATTER WILL BE SUBJUDICE FOR N.F.P.E UNIONS AND THEY CANNOT
AGITATE LIKE US TILL THE CASE OS FINALISED IN THE COURT!

Don’t fall prey to any such gimmick of grabbing money from the MUCH
EXPLOITED AND POOR G.D.S.

AIGDSU IS THE FIGHTING FORCE OF G.D.S AND SHALL NOT COMPROMISE ON ANY SCORE AND SHALL FIGHT AND FIGHT AND FIGHT IN ALL FRONTS TILL SUCCESS.
KEEP THE MOVEMENT STRONG AND WE SHALL EMERGE WITH SUCCESS SOON…..LONG LIVE GDS UNITY.
