Informal meeting was held twice today. Department put the condition that, they are negotiate and will discuss the issues only after calling off the strike.
We are requesting all leaders mobilize and organize to improve strike percent. We decided to continue the strike.

Strike continue the challenges offer of the Government that the discussion can be conducted only after withdrawal of the strike. It is not acceptable to us. The strike is for settlement of the lowest category of employees in the Deparment. Among them there are a few not participating in strike. The strike program is lead by the employees of the same category. The strike is not against the country. It will come to an end only an hounarable settlement. Political pressure has already started on the Government. We have met a lot of MPs and aware of the cituation. Let us go forward with enriched vigure.

1) 14-12-2018 Friday conduct mass demonstrations in front of divisional office from 4-00 PM to 5-00 PM.

2) Conduct candle rally in Divisional Head quarters on 17-12-2018 after 6-00 PM.

Dell Apps>Invoice>Click on Scanner Icon and enter number of emos to be scanned>Scan one by one emos

6.Cash to GDS MD

Dell Apps>Click three lines on top>Select Cash>Cash to GDS MD>Select eMO>Submit

7.Book Counter Transactions like RL,Parcel,Speed,eMO, ePayment, SB Transactions,PLI-RPLI Transactions.

8.eMO and Article Delivery

Dell Apps>Select the article type>Untick All--.Tick one by one delivered articles and click on submit

9. eMO and Article Returns

Dell Apps>Select eMO/Registered Letter/Registered Parcel/Speed Post. Click on Returns and enter remarks for articles one by one

10.Cash return from Postman

Dell Apps>Click three lines on top>Select Cash>Cash From GDS MD>Select eMO>Submit

Same step is to be repeat if there are COD or VP. Article type to be select as Letter or Parcel

11.CBS PLI Tool

Demo Booking>CBS/PLI>Enter the head wise transactions and click submit

12.Day End

Demobooking>Day End>Confirm today’s date and click on OK

13.Daily Account generation

Demo Booking>BODA Report>Request required cash for next day>Accept Liability or send excess cash>Enter Cash Bag Weight>Daily account can be viewed>Click on print.

14.Bag Close

Message from Postal JCA (NFPE & FNPO) on Allahabad Kutchery HO incident

Postal Joint Council of Action comprising NFPE & FNPO call upon All General Secretaries/Circle Secretaries, Divisional and Branch Secretaries of NFPE and FNPO affiliated unions to hold Lunch hour demonstration in front of all Head Post offices, General Post offices, Divisional, Regional and Circle offices against the incident of Allahabad Kutchery HO (Uttar Pradesh) starting since today dated 29.10.2018 and continue up to 03.11.2018.

Ask all members to bear black badges during the whole period of duty from today dated 29.10.2018 to 03.11.2018 in protest of this incident and non-functioning of CSI.

We have already reported matter to Secretary (Posts) with Photos on 27.10.2018. Our circle union of Uttar Pradesh circle has also reported matter to Chief PMG, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow.

Some advocates of Allahabad Distt. Court assaulted on our postal employees as their Regd. Letter were, not being booked due to failure of internet connectivity under C.S.I. They have vandalized the post office property including counters, computers and other equipments and put on fire two motor bikes of staff.

This all happened because of non-functioning of CSI.

We have approached Postal Administrative several times, but there is no improvement.

If corrective and remedial measures are not taken immediately, we shall be compelled to launch serious trade union action after consultation with all constituents of NFPE and FNPO
