How to Calculate your pay if the recommendation of GDS pay committee will approved? 

First pick the minimum wage and add 3% increment (01.01.2016 to 01.01.2017) and now add 11% DA (01.01.2016 to 01.06.2017). Its for below 12 years service.

       Basic         :  10000/-
       Increment :      300/-
       DA              :    1133/-

 Ex : BPM Level 1 and ABPM&DS  Level 2
       Basic         :  12000/-
       Increment :      360/-

Ex : BPM Level 2
       Basic         :  14500/-
       Increment :      435/-
       DA              :    1643/-

If BPM have 12 years service experience then add 2 extra increment with your basic similarly for 24 years add 4 increment and 36 years service experience add 6 extra increment.
